The warranty covers manufacturing defects only, including:

• Structural issues (e.g., internal cracks not caused by impact)

• Production flaws in the frame, core, or surface

• Defective handle bonding or frame separations (if not due to misuse)

❌ What’s Not Covered

The following cases are not covered under warranty:

• Breakage caused by hitting the floor, wall, or another racket

• Excessive wear from normal use

• Improper storage (e.g., exposure to heat, moisture, or car trunks)

• Cosmetic scratches or paint wear

• Rackets with removed grip wrap or altered components

• Damage from accessories (e.g., overgrips, lead tape, edge protectors)

📅 Warranty Period

• The standard warranty period is 6 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified by the brand.

• Different brands may apply specific warranty durations — we follow each brand’s official policy.

📩 How to Claim a Warranty

2. Provide the order number, photos/videos of the damage, and a brief explanation.
3. Our team will forward the case to the brand or supplier for inspection.
4. If approved, we will either:
    • Replace the product (if available)
    • Issue a refund
    • Provide store credit

⏱ Warranty processing may take 5–15 business days depending on the brand.

📄 Important Notes

• Products must be returned clean and in a reasonably presentable condition.

• Padel Shop acts as a liaison between the customer and the brand. Final warranty approval is subject to the manufacturer's assessment.

• If the claim is denied by the brand, we will inform you with their official response.
