 – The grip’s plastic wrap must be intact and unopened

 – No signs of usage (scratches or marks)

 – No added accessories (e.g., overgrips or protector tape)

2. Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
3. If approved, you will receive return instructions for shipping or drop-off.

⚠️ Note: Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error from Padel Shop (wrong item, damaged product, etc.).

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days.

• If a discount code or promotion was used, the refunded amount will reflect the adjusted total based on the terms of the offer.
