  1. Why should I buy a racket from Padel Shop?
    We offer authentic rackets from 12+ global brands like Adidas, Nox, Bullpadel, Head, and more — suitable for all levels from beginners to pros.
  2. What are padel rackets made of?
    They are made of multiple layers of carbon or fiberglass with an EVA or FOAM core, depending on the model.
  3. How do I know which racket is right for me?
    Check the specifications on each product page, or contact our support team for personalized advice based on your level and play style.


🛒 Orders & Shipping

  1. What are the delivery options within Kuwait?
    • Express Delivery (under 2 hours): 2.000 KWD
    • Same-Day Delivery: 1.000 KWD
    • Next-Day Delivery: Free
  2. How long does shipping take to the Gulf and worldwide?
    Via Aramex:
    • GCC Countries (KSA, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman): 2–3 business days
    • Worldwide: 5–9 business days depending on the destination
  3. How do I know the shipping cost?
    Just add your address and items to the cart — the shipping cost will be calculated automatically before checkout.
  4. When will I receive my tracking number?
    Once your order is packed or collected by the courier, the tracking number will be emailed to you.
  5. Can I modify my order after payment?
    Yes — if your order hasn’t been processed yet. Contact us immediately.
  6. How do I use a discount code?
    Enter your promo code at checkout in the “Discount Code” field. If valid, the discount will apply instantly.


🔄 Returns & Exchanges

  1. How do I return a product?
    Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order via WhatsApp or email, and include your order number and photos of the product.
  2. What are the return conditions?
    • The product must be unused
    • Original packaging must be intact
    • Grip plastic wrap must not be removed, and no add-ons applied
  3. Who pays for return shipping?
    The customer — unless the return is due to an error or fault from Padel Shop.


🛡️ Warranty Questions

  1. What does the warranty cover?
    It covers manufacturing defects only. We handle the claim with the brand and will update you on the result.

  1. Are your products 100% authentic?
    Yes. All products are sourced directly from official brands or their certified distributors.
  2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
    Yes — available in Kuwait only.
  3. What payment methods do you accept?

  4. Do you offer wholesale or club pricing?
    Yes. We support clubs, coaches, and resellers. Contact us for details.
  5. Can I order from outside Kuwait?
    Yes — we ship to all GCC countries and internationally.
  6. Do you offer gift wrapping?
    Coming soon! For now, all products are shipped in Padel Shop branded boxes.

    This depends on your local customs regulations. Any applicable duties are the customer’s responsibility.
  2. Can I pay with an international card?
    Yes — we accept most international credit/debit cards and Apple Pay.
  3. Is international shipping safe?
    Absolutely. We use protective packaging to ensure safe delivery without damage.

    Yes — all our items are 100% original from trusted global brands.
  2. Are the sizes in EU or US formats?
    It depends on the brand and item. We specify the size format on each product page and include a size guide.
  3. Can I exchange or return clothing or shoes?
    Yes — as long as the item is unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging.
  4. Can I try clothing or shoes before buying?
    Currently, we do not offer fitting or trials — but we’re happy to help you choose the right size.
  5. Do you have items for women and kids?
    Yes — we offer a wide selection for men, women, and children based on current stock.
  6. Are these items included in discounts?
    Yes — most promotions apply to apparel, shoes, and accessories too.
  7. Are delivery methods different for these products?
    No — all items are shipped with the same speed and care via Aramex, both locally and internationally
